All orders are produced using a print-on-demand system
Order preparation takes 2–4 business days
Delivery time:
- Alexandria: 1–2 business days
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other governorates: 2–5 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address
Free shipping offers may be available during promotions
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt
Orders are confirmed via phone call before shipping
Orders may be delayed or cancelled if confirmation is not completed

Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
- Incorrect size
- Product differs from what is displayed
- Manufacturing or printing defect
Exchange conditions:
- Within 3 days of receiving the order
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging is required
- Shipping fees are covered by the customer unless there is a defect
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Clear defect in the product
- Wrong item received
Return conditions:
- Within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item
Non-returnable cases:
- Custom-made products
- Used or washed items
- Requests after 3 days of delivery
